Dana Angelo White, MS, RD, ATC is a registered dietitian, certified athletic trainer, nutrition and fitness consultant, and mother to a 2-year old and a 4 year old. She specializes in culinary nutrition for children and adults, recipe development and sports nutrition. Dana works closely with chefs and authors to develop creative and healthy recipes for cookbooks, magazines and menus. She is the nutrition expert for Food Network.com and founding contributor for Food Network’s Healthy Eats Blog. She has worked as nutrition consultant for Follow Productions on seasons 2 and 3 of Bobby Deen’s show Not My Mama’s Meals. She has worked as a media spokesperson for Cooking Light Magazine and has made appearances on Good Day Street Talk, Food Network.com, Access Hollywood and GMA Health. I have made many recipes from this book and have been pleased with them! My kids favorites are the pancakes, cheesy rice with peas and the pizza!
Great recipes, very healthy. I have used every recipe in this book, from the baby food recipes when my daughter started eating solids, to the recipes for finger food. Love this book!

This book is the gift that keeps on giving. From the moment my third child started eating solids, I've been making the recipes from this book. Every recipe has been easy and delicious. I also love the information on all of the superfoods. It has really helped me make better, more informed decisions on what foods to feed my two older kids. They enjoy the recipes in the book as well! Pumpkin muffins and granola are their favorites to help make. Every parent needs a copy of this book!!
Finally a reference/cookbook that is easy to use and delightful to read. As someone who loves to cook for my family , this book easily expanded my knowledge base on foods that my kids need and will like and has helped me out of my cooking rut. The best part is that with these recipes i can make foods that entice all of my kids from toddler to baby and the grownups at one time with ease .. A good buy for any parent who cares about what their family is eating.

Intended to give this book as a gift to a cousin with a newborn but after reading it, kept it for myself! I had to buy another one! The recipes are great even beyond toddlers and I will continue to make most of them for probably the rest of my life!
