This ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Certification prep booklet is amazing. It contains all the content needed to pass this exam. Every chapter is easy to read. The print isn't tiny. There are pictures and graphs to demonstrate how to take pulse readings and etc. Also, there are chapter highlights and case study scenarios to study as well. I loved how the variety of content that was designed to help me study for this test. After reading this, I felt more confident in my preparation for this examination.
